ZeptoLab Teases Gameplay of Upcoming Pudding Monsters
Zeptolab the developers of the ever popular Cut The Rope series, teased us about their next new game called Pudding Monsters. While their announcement wasn’t that too juicy about information of any gameplay or such. This time around, a brand new trailer has been released and does
shed some light on how the game actually plays.
Based from the teaser trailer we can actually see these so called “pudding monsters” forming into shapes of various sizes that resembles more like Tetris blocks when assembled. The game starts with you having to combine these monsters by moving them around in the level and making them bigger. However, there are some few obstacles that you have to encounter and may pose as a challenge to accomplish the level. There are different types of monsters with their own special unique abilities in which you can use them to your own advantage. Once you’ve connected all of the monsters you’ll move to the next level. The overall objective of the game is to save a kidnapped friend and in order for you to do so you need to turn into an Ultra Monster to accomplish such a feat.
Well it is safe to say that Pudding Monsters is more of a puzzle type of game. A great leap from Cut The Ropes gravitational physics gameplay. As of right now Zepto Lab is teasing us with just trailers, but we do know that the game will be released this coming December 20th, 2012. More details will come including how many levels and other information about the monster skills in the coming days.Until then, you just have to wait and finally finish collecting all the stars in Cut The Rope.
