Arma Tactics Scheduled for Nvidia’s Project Shield
In the last CES 2013, Nvidia revealed their new handheld gaming console known as Project Shield that is reported to run on Android with the company’s latest chipset called Tegra 4. Along with the announcement came with numerous selection of games that will arrive on the Tegra 4 and one such is a tactical shooter known as Arma Tactics.
For those of you who own a Tegra 3 device, Tegra 4 games will be backwards compatible so Arma Tactics won’t be a problem. Bohemia Interactive the makers of the game will also be delivering new features that wasn’t originally planned in the game. Arma Tactics will use
Project Shield’s console style controller to its multi-screen gaming that will enable players to play from the monitors in their television sets. While we still don’t know if the game is exclusively tailored on the Project Shield, who knows this type of feature could also be present in Android devices as well.
Arma Tactics is scheduled for a Q2 2013 release date and could make it to Android devices later on. As of now, Nvidia’s Project Shield is the only console that has been confirmed for the game.
